It’s officially time to start getting festive, and I’m so excited to start sharing with you all of my planned Christmas content for the year. I remember the first few years when beauty calendars were released, they were such a simple idea but genius at the same time. This year Clarins have released their very first beauty advent calendar and it contains 25 days filled with a mix of beauty and skincare. I think the design is very cute and think it’s the right mix between festive and classic.
The calendar is priced at £95 and contains products worth the amount of £125. It contains some really decent sized products, like a full size of the Instant Comforting Lip Oil and a large Beauty Flash Balm. Disappointingly it also contains some sample sized products that you could get for free from a Clarins counter and then some gift tags. Overall I do think that the calendar is lovely, particularly if you’re a huge Clarins fan like I am, but I would say that it would have been nice to replace the filler days with a few more travel sized products.
Despite the few filler days I really am excited to for December 1st and collect all the products from the calendar because I know they’re going to keep me going for future holidays and flights, and who doesn’t love anything mini?!
