The Oil For Everything

Over the past few weeks I've been living out of suitcase and have relied on just a handful of products to keep my skin and hair looking hydrated whilst trying to hide the amount of chocolate and cheese I've been eating. The Clarins Blue Orchid Oil* has been my savior as it worked perfectly at keeping my skin looking normal but I also used it on the ends of my hair to stop it from getting dry and on my body.

For New Years Eve I stayed in a lovely cottage in the Lake District and went on some beautiful but freezing and wet walks. With the awful weather comes dry skin and hair and I couldn't have lived without this product, it's definitely holy grail status for me. Another plus is it smells absolutely divine as it's packed with essential oils and if you close your eyes you can pretend you're in a spa.

Clarins Blue Orchid Face Oil is available at Clarins Counters and Online.

  1. I love the lotus oil-the version for combo/oily skin. I was a bit scared of using oils on my face at first but I've actually got into using a few drops in place of an evening moisturiser. It weirdly seems to balance my skin, making it less oily in the t zone and keeping my cheeks (which are sometimes a bit on the dry side in Winter) hydrated. Amazing stuff! Em x
