On Christmas Eve I always like to make myself a nice hot chocolate and since discovering chocolate Bailey’s I thought this year I should spice my festive treat.
All you will need to make you Christmas hot chocolate is:
your favourite mug- mine is from Anthropologie and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed with it.
Milk- semi-skimmed
Coco powder of your choice
Chocolate Baileys or normal Baileys
Marshmallows
Step 1: First measure out how much milk you’ll need in your mug.
Step 2: Heat up the milk in a sauce pan slowly stirring every so often.
Step 3: Once your milk is hot enough pour in a big glug of Baileys, I’m using chocolate Baileys to make it extra chocolatey.
Step 4: Stir in 2 teaspoons piled high with coco powder.
Step 5: Finish off with as many marshmallows as you can fit in your mug then sit back with your favourite Christmas film!
