Every now and then my hair feels really heavy and weighed down with all the many styling products I use. When my hair gets to this point I find that my scalp starts to get quite irritated and ichy. The best thing to do when your hair gets like this is to use a detoxifying or cleansing shampoo to remove all the build up of product on your hair and scalp.

I use this one a week normally on a Sunday to get my hair nice and clean for the week ahead.
