So I might have got a little over excited during the Christmas beauty sales but I did still stick to my own rule of only buying something that I would have purchased it full price. My first port of call for discounted beauty was Space NK, naturally, and here I picked up the REN hydra-calm cleansing balm, Diptyque Do Son and Laura Mercier Mini Caviar Stick Eye Collection. I’m already in love with the REN cleanser after only a few weeks as I find it so gentle and soft on my skin whilst still removing every trace of make-up. I received a small sample of Do Son a few months ago and fell in love with the deep earthy scent, so I was very happy that this was half price. Lastly I picked up the Laura Mercier shadow sticks as they come in beautiful bronze and gold shades which are my go to colours of choice that I wear all the time. I wish that I’d picked up more from Space NK actually as they had a good selection of Aromatherapy Associates and more Laura Mercier on offer- maybe next time!
From Nuxe I picked up their Weekend Set (40% off), which includes their much loved Reve de Miel lip balm & hand cream and Huile Prodigieuse dry oil. With my order I also received a lovely delux sample of the shimmer version of Huile Prodigieuse, which will be perfect for adding a little glow in the summer.
From Escentual I picked up another Clarins Instant Smooth Self-Tanning primer, which I love for preventing an oily T Zone and from Beauty Bay I ordered the Nails Inc Gel Effect Polish in Kensington High Street, a lovely deep purple.
I think the sales this year have been pretty good as there is a good selection of products that I’ve been lusting after for a while- did you snag any super beauty bargains?
