I’ve been really loving the L’Oreal Confetti Top Coat recently and I think when added to certain colours it makes the most perfect Halloween inspired nail art. For these three looks I used MUA All Nude, Essie Meet Me At The Sunset and Nails Inc Green Victoria Street then applied one coat of the confetti top coat to give a spotty look which would work perfectly with any Halloween outfit for those who aren’t too handy with nail art pens!
